Brand new apartment, super clean and comfortable. Close to all the sights of Merida, but a lovely quiet neighborhood.

Excellent location. Great communication. New and well equipped. Enjoyed having a washer and good kitchen to cook in. Merida is a lovely city.

Although in the old town, the apartment was very modern and spacious. All shops and sights with Roman interest were easily accessible on foot.

To be improved

We did not get the key code for the lockbox until 20mins before arriving. I informed the host that the switch within the keysafe was very stiff. We could not change it, neither could the person that had rented one of the other apartments. Eventually, after much trying, the switch moved. Hopefully this has been resolved now.

The best

Location was great... downtown access was fabulous but be aware the apartment was a little dark and noisy (access from other residents etc). That being said it was a fantastic stay. Parking was great ...but... if you don't speak Spanish it might be a problem (The owner was very helpful and is sorting this out). We will definitely be back.

Front door access and noise from resdients coming and going.
