“A very clean and nice apartment in a safe area.”

We had the best experience ever in this place, the apartment was clean, very organized and it has all the supplies needed. The area around was very safe and very near to grocery stores.

+ the owner was very responsive and let us leave our bags in the apartment before check-in + location of the apartment is good: close to metro station and Mercadona is just few steps away + door lock through mobile app worked good + value for money

To be improved

- Fan in bathroom is very noisy and can't be switch off - Walls are very thin, you can hear everything, every word, from other apartments - Cleanliness was not up to our standarts (f. ex. there were a speck of dust and long black hair all around the apartment) - Mattres in bedroom and sofa bed in living room were not comfortable - There was only 3 pillows and 2 blankets for 4 people

“Terrible, cold, disaster”

The property has an electric door handed that is activated via and app- the physical door handle was faulty and therefore we experienced issues risky with getting into and out of the property with repeated complaints and no resolution and this resulted in us spending 2 hours in the cold on the street at 3am waiting for someone to come and open the door for us on 2 degree weather- the next day no one came to fix the door despite us asking repeatedly- very terrible service
