To be improved

Photos of the terrace are completely misleading - it looks private but it is actually public. TV crashes constantly, and the fold out bed was unusable due to broken springs and loud squeaking - not to mention curtains not long enough so in the morning it shines right through and unable to sleep through it. We arrived early and were met by a rude cleaner, setting the tone for a poor stay. Most concerning a broken banister (already damaged) and a stained seat (already stained) was blamed on us. Dishonest host, unsafe features, and zero comfort. We attempted to clean the apartment before we left and because we missed a small "spillage" of water on the floor, we are only receiving half of our security deposit - so beware of this.
