Very nice apartments, moderns, with dishwasher and washing machine. Bed was comfortable and shower was very nice with good water pressure.

To be improved

There is no AC so the whole area and room are very very hot during summer time. There is a fan in the room though.

“Great little apartment in the heart of the city.”

Keyless check-in was great, though you need to make sure your phone is charged. The apartment was clean and bright with all required amenities. The location was great with it being right in the heart of Salamanca.

To be improved

No elevator, so carrying a large suitcase, small child and pushchair up stairs wasn't ideal. The large fan in the living room was great for keeping cool, but was in front of the living room lights so caused a strobing effect, not great if you have any kind of sensitivity to this. Also, the fans in the living room and bedroom seemed to be connected, so you couldn't have one turned on without the other. No parking of its own, but there was some nearby that cost €16 per night.

“Clean and newly”

The location is great, is pretty close to Plaza Mayor. And the center of Salamanca.

To be improved

There is Not Air-Conditioning. Is already summer and it was very hot inside the room. We have to ask for an extra fan because it’s very uncomfortable to sleep like that. I didn’t understand because the have a thermostat in the wall, the temperature was 28*C 🥵

“Comfortable and modern, but don’t bring a car if your on a budget”

It was a spacious studio, clean, modern, comfortable, awesome shower and in a great location! No interaction with staff-everything is done via your phone. The app worked pretty good although I think it would be useful to have manuals of washer and thermostat included. The room was very hot and as a programmer myself-I couldn’t get the thermostat down to a comfortable level. It would be a plus to have shades on the windows for a better level of privacy and ability to open the windows for fresh air or cool it off inside. It only has one room darkening curtain that covers the whole wall of windows, so if you want the window open, but some level of privacy, you can’t have both. This is unrelated to the studio, but something to consider. The parking is more expensive on the street if you don’t live there. For example it’s 2,20€ for 2 hrs for a local, 9,00€ non-local. Parking garages are extremely small! I could not get into my car when someone did not center their car in their space and blocked me from opening my door. It’s expensive too. 39 hrs=37€ so consider that when staying in that area. I would likely stay here again. The price is good, it’s modern and clean:) However, I would drop off my bags and leave the car in a lot outside the city center.
