The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the owner is very helpful. There is public transport nearby(bus and tram) and we could easily access the city centre), the beach is pretty far, about 2 km, but we had a nice walk along the harbour and it didn't feel that long.

30 min to the beach by foot. Thats ok. The host was very friendly.

The location was good, very close to bus station and tram station, supermarché was also very close. Close to the beach, to the Oceanografic, the beds are really comfortable, the shower was huge, the kitchen has everything you need for a happy holiday, the terrace was a delight to chill a little while the kids are watching cartoons. It was perfect for us, we loved it, we enjoyed and we are really looking forward to come back as soon as possible. That kind of little nest we would like to have so close to the sea ❤️ many thanks for Raul, he was responsive and helpful, kind and caring. We totally appreciate and recommend this property! I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, with a bus stop right in front, making it super convenient to get around. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and made communication easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
