The variety of pools, the facilities in the hotel, the food, the well serviced spacious apartment

To be improved

No later checkout only at 10:30 which is the same time breakfast ends which was very hard for me and my family. When I asked about even an hour later there was no flexibility shown to me by the curt unhelpful receptionist.. All the other staff were helpful and nice but I was disappointed with the receptionist's lack of flexibility.

The stairs up to our apartment. Broken tile with a big chunk Broken off. Didn't feel safe going up or down.
