“Absolutely fantastic, and stunning location”

The best

Absolutely stunning location, we were practically on the beach, we had a top floor apartment with a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning! The man who handed our keys over was lovely and helpful, I'm not sure what his name was as my husband was the one who spoke to him, but I know he'd moved from Madrid Apartment was lovely and spacious, and was clean and tidy. We had a large fridge and freezer to use, and an oven with a hob, plus a microwave. Good gated parking lot, we had a designated space although somebody kept parking in it, but there were plenty of other spaces we could use. Within a good distance of many amenities, although several places were closed, probably with the time of our visit being out of season. 11/10, would definitely visit again

To be improved

The lifts were very small so we had to go up separately as we had as baby in a trolley, the lifts were quite shaky and scared me at times When taking our rubbish down we weren't sure where to empty it, when we finally found out it was constantly full so we had to walk along the beach and empty it in the public bins. We ended up having to leave some behind in the apartment when checking out (sorry about that! 😞) as the nearby bins were also full Our balcony doors didn't lock, which worried us at first as we had our little baby running around, but the doors can't be opened when the shutters are down so it didn't bother us too much in the end

Amazing location- yards from beach, shops and food and easy to access public transport. Orange Costa Team as always great to quickly responds to problems, helpful and approachable.

To be improved

The apartment 10G needed to be updated very basic. The sofa bed was very dirty and seating has to be replaced. Shower curtains with lime scale needs to be replaced. Deep cleaning of floors, windows and screens. Electricity cut out twice so a through check would be good.

it’s been my go to apartment from two years ago.. it’s always great staff and area.. love it as it practical and easy to see my family in Spain

To be improved

facilities are good l, area and practical.. I would say, given my son has disability the floors could be cleaner.. but I will definitely be using orange Costa again soon 👏🏼🙌🏼

it’s always great to stay here, close to the beach and restaurants, lovely staff.

To be improved

this trip it was cold, even with the blankets, I will ask if I could have a heater next time.

“Nice apartment, close to the beach”

The best

Good location in Benicassim overlooking the beach, also near a FIB bus stop so easy to get to the festival. We loved having access to the pool too, just over the road. Staff were very helpful when we were delayed by 4 hours stuck on a train! Sent very clear instructions where to collect keys etc - thank you!

To be improved

Could do with an update, decor & facilities seemed quite outdated, but good for only a few nights stay :)
