“Poor there was actually no staff to complain to.”

You couldn't use the pool basically because the whole place was run down. There were no facilities whatsoever everything was shut. There were lots ofamilies actually living permanently in the property with dogs who never stopped barking.

I was slightly disappointed that there was no kettle or tea or coffee after arriving really late but we drank water instead which was fine.

“This place is a dump ! At the entrance is the swimming pool which has been left filthy and out of use and not a pleasant”

Everything they say on booking .com they have a swimming pool and then wait till you book it and then tell you it’s not available as it’s under maintenance, what they don’t tell you that it’s been under maintenance and out of use for years . Tried to get a refund from booking .com but they are hopeless as just refer you to the hotel ,and the best you can get is cancel and pay a cancellation fee .

“Gem in Guardamer”

Have stayed in these apartments a few times and always impressed by how clean and spacious they are and big balcony which is lovely to sit out on and watch the world go by . Bathroom with a bath,shower and toilet spotless and kitchen are with everything we need including very large fridge freezer 😀 Biggest plus air con in main room and bedroom really super 👌

Location,staff especially the young man on desk was so helpful with everything.was very quite.The shop next door was so handy.plenty of hot water.shower excellent.has a washing machine .I asked for extra pillows which were there

Location, standard of facilities, nothing open, old, residential, smelled, Aircon doesn't work, basic and dog barked all night. Would avoid like the plague
