The best

It was in a lovely tranquil location and a gorgeous heated pool. Not busy or noisy just restful and interesting. Easy to park and a lovely room. Very quirky. Would recommend if you want to get away from it all. You do need a car to get to town for dinner and shops etc.

The swimming pool was great, nice layout and spacious apartment

To be improved

Other families were very loud with children from 7 am and kids on motorbikes just outside our window again early morning. We went to El Hierro to rest but were woken up every morning. We gave the feedback to the lady in Reception but she wasn’t really interested in doing anything about it even just chatting to the families about noise levels. I have 3 children myself so I understand but this was a joke. We gave feedback to the Receptionist about a few things not working in the apartment but she just wasn’t really interested and never saw anyone else as it’s family run I guess.

“Nice rustic style apartment in a peceful location which goes well with staying on El Hierro. Location is on El Hierro Gulf area which is great starting point to visit all the island. Having a car is recommended to move around. Staff was very friendly. Internet wifi connection is also very good and fast. If returning back to El Hierro would book again.”

“Very Comfortable Villa”
The best

Everything about property excellent. Very clean and bed comfortable. Extremely well equipped and easy secure parking.

To be improved

Not the fault of the host.....but prospective clients should be aware of the weather in this part of El Hierro. It is always very windy and cloudy, rained regularly and rather chilly for the Canaries. If warm weather/ability to sit out and swim is important to you, I cannot recommend Frontera at all.
