“Dirty, Dangerous and noisy !”

Booked this apartment, then on collection of the keys was told it was unavailable as it was damaged so we were given another apartment. The apartment was impossible to find not showing on Google maps we then had to wait over 40 mins to get help from the staff when we eventually got to the apartment it was dirty , there were wires hanging out of the walls , the light switch in the toilet was hanging off , overall just awful no somewhere you would willingly stay ! On top of all of that, the walls are very thin and you could hear everything in the next apartment. Complained to the company and sent images of the damages they just said contact booking .com they were not interested in helping. If your thinking of booking DONT !!
