The apartment was very cold when we arrived took a while to heat up but once it did it was fine one of the heaters didn't work

It was positioned well for what we wanted.

Not much to like. Never been in a property when it was so easy to hear everything the people in the next door property where saying. Especially difficult to sleep when they kept much later hours than us.

the location and apartment met our needs. the key lock was easy to access though i haven't received the email with the code. immediate reply when asked a question everywhere was clean and tidy.

To be improved

the mattresses needs immediate changing. those who slept on the double bed kept rolling to the center. we arrived at the apartment at 23:30, without finding a roll of toilet paper and water to make a coffee. all shops were closed at that time. one towel per person for 4 nights are not enough, the second small towel was left for handwashing. a kitchen towel is also needed in the kitchen. we needed a cloth to wipe cups after washing them. these may sound stupid but these are basics one must find in an apartment

The location is really great. And the flat is well distributed. Safe access and door are excellent. Beds are ok.

To be improved

Needs more kitchen equipment, medium to poor quality of bed linen and bath linen. Generally the flat needs some repair and renewal. Noisy on Fridays and Saturdays.
