We even changed room with the promise that the other appt will have wifi and after packing and moving to the other Appt, there was no wifi ther neither; we decided to leave and claim to Booking for reimbursement of the second night. In the second Appt, also the fire alarm battery was low so the alert was biping constantly and loudly. The code to enter into the parking was wrong in the messages. The area is not nice neither. And to finish with the list, the aircon is in the CLOSED transparent box, so you cannot set the temperature yourself...Was hot. One very bad experience. Please avoid.

I had huge safety issues with the rental company (Group Oliveira GO) in charge of this set of apartments in Valladolid. At first, one week before my arrival, I received from them via the messages page of my booking requests to confirm my reservation by clicking on a link provided in the message (messages properly received also by direct Booking emails). Afterwards, details about my credit card were asked to secure my booking !? When asked, GO team simply replied it was a scam, due to a Booking virus! They barely apologized for this, and I never had more explanation about what happened (nor from Booking customer service I questioned several times). Hence, I assume it was a phishing attempt and they have been hacked in someway. Secondly, 15min after my arrival in the apartment at about 7pm, three Spanish guys came in the apartment with their luggage because they had the door access code. Actually, they were simply workers who used to rent this apartment for several monthes, but they missed to check that their company did not get this apartment for this week. I do not know what would have happened if they had arrived before us in the apartment, or during the night when we had gone asleep! Hence, it appears that GO company does not change the access codes to the apartment between customers, probably for several weeks ou monthes. Of course, we asked them to make the change by phone, and it was made remotely in 5min! Hence, this a total lack of professionalism and pure laziness from the team of GO group. From these two issues encountered for a single night booking, I will conclude that renting with Group Oliveira should be avoided, even if the apartment itself is good.
