“Stayed there many times, always good value.”

I have stayed here before. It's a bit run down but the room are large, reasonably comfortable, and certainly well located. And the price, for Madrid, is very good.

To be improved

I wish there was maid service on weekends. But I deliberately opt for value over fancy.

To be improved

The AC was not in the bedroom but the adjoining room. Staff at the reception was stuck up. Bathroom door was faulty. Could never even close it. Very narrow beds and tiny bedroom.

The room was awful, poor/ broken fittings and furnishings. We had to leave a deposit to give us the use of the fitted Aircon system. The kitchen was an absolute joke with no real facilities for making tea or coffee

The Building it self it’s a little outdated. Service was generally fine, though it didn’t particularly stand out.

Perfect location. Normal room size and good equipment

It could be very nice apartment if it was clean. There was dust on radiators like it was never cleaned. Hears on the bathroom and room floors. Bed and sofa covers old and washed out with stains. Brown smudges on bathroom walls. Besides we had got torn towels
