We got a message with instructions how to enter the building. They seemed perfect. The first step didn't work as it should, so I called the host. The host doesn't speak English and hang up the phone, leaving me confused. I tried to call again, then the host wrote a message in Spanish. GoogleTranslate said it included the notion that a malfunction wasn't possible and I should try again. We tried again and it worked. I respect the lack of English skills, but recommend to learn "Sorry, I do not speak good Spanish. Let's do this with GoogleTranslate via WhatsApp or text.", and then do not leave the translation task to me. In the end, I consider this a minor detail, as ultimately it WAS resolved within five minutes and the rest of the stay was just perfect.

As tea drinkers we were disappointed there was no kettle ( and the coffee machine appeared to be non-functioning too.) We were also a little surprised that there were sheets and towels hanging on an airer in the apartment when we arrived… not sure if this is usual practice but haven’t come across it before. I folded the laundry and stored in cupboard. The floor needed a good mop, when walking around without shoes our socks became dirty. Communication from host was only when prompted, the night before our arrival we hadn’t received any check in details until I messaged asking how we should get in. There was no reply to my last message.
