“I would book again with a few changes”
The best

Pros:- 1. Amazing staff who go the extra mile. They organised our transfers which worked so well (I booked with booking.com and was messaging them prior to arrival). Great banter on email calling me “a pianist, may my music reach every soul”. Loved that. 2. Sunbeds- LOADS! No matter what time you wake up, you can always get enough for your family. What a treat. I’m not being funny but in 2016 I stayed in the fergus hotel 5 mins down the road towards the main road and we had to get up at 7am to get beds. It was so overcrowded and cost relatively twice as much (it’s now called Cabot spa and has had a refurb. I went to have a look and it was even busier than I remembered). 3. Pool view means everyone has one the way the apartments are designed. 4. The best air con ever. 5. Clientele. No scruffy people leaving litter, smoking/ vaping or getting drunk in front of children. Just nice, respectful people of all nationalities being respectful with manners. This is a big one for me, nice to be with people from all nationalities. 6. Cooking facilities are good. You can make pasta, noodles etc on the hob and there’s also a microwave. No oven… so that would be my feedback if you wanted pizza. 7. Location. So this one is a funny one. You get what you pay for. Yes it’s 15 mins walk to the main part with children. But it costs a lot less. I’m fine walking and we had a buggy for the youngest. 8. There’s a supermarket directly opposite. The staff are so warm and helpful. They literally stock everything you could ever imagine. Every women’s thing you might need too. So impressed. Cons:- 1. Please clean the pool. We didn’t see anyone cleaning it over 9 days. There was no smell of chlorine. Two of my family got ear infections. My husband was one of them; to put this into context, he’s not even seen a doctor for 15 years but he needed antibiotics. My eldest son also got an ear infection and the doctor said it was due to going under the water in the pool. Needless to say, he spent the last two days of the holiday in the (air conditioned) room which was a blow. On balance, invest in pool cleaners and I would book again without hesitation. Read my other reviews for the restaurants.

“Nice Family Holiday”
The best

Just returned from a two week holiday at the Habitat through TUI. Overall we had a good experience but the complex does require some improvements and updating. Rooms were a good size with air conditioning, adequate kitchen and good size balcony but it did need a bit of updating as some skirting boards coming away, couple of dents in the doors, slightly wonky kitchen cupboard doors, bedroom drawer wouldn't pull out and one window wouldn't fully close. The apartment was cleaned every two day's (not mopped though) with new towels toilet rolls supplied. Make sure you clean also as there are plenty of ants. One thing we didn't know was some of the apartments seemed to be privately owned. Bar area ok (closed at around 8:30pm!) with a few snacks, drinks, pool table €2, table tennis and seating area. Two good sized pools but only saw it cleaned once whilst we were there which left a bit of debris from the grounds at the bottom. The grounds around the pool were really lovely with plenty of sunbeds (no fighting) and space to relax. One major gripe though is that this hotel does not have any parasols as stated on the TUI brochure which wasn't good for us. Good stocked shop over the road but expensive with nice pub a restaurant next door to it. Bigger and cheaper supermarket 10min down the road (eroski). Bus stops right outside but we used Mallorca cabs app (basically Uber) to get to harbour/Pine Walk which cost €6 to €7. Pine walk had loads of restaurants to choose from and some nice bars. Would recommend Sea side restaurant at Pine Walk and Palms Bar (road down to beach). Palms Bar usually needs to be booked when they have a tribute night on.
