Clean and comfortable for a couple of days in Merida. Well located and good contact with staff

Initially had trouble connecting to internet. And once connected it frequently dropped out. Had to rely on own data.

“Having a large bed after 10 days walking from Seville. Being so central. The staff were very helpful letting us in early & being able to use the washing machine. They also helped with the xoffee machine that didn't work initially. · Cons: No foyer to meet others, but I guess the expensive coffee was part of the complex.”
