It is not simple to review this apartment. There were many superb aspects, and it should be a straight 10, but there was 1 major flaw that cannot be ignored. The block seems newly converted, the apartment has quality new fittings throughout, the bed is very comfortable, It is really very smart and has a feel of quality. However...

To be improved

It didn't really affect us, but this is a studio, not a 1 bed apartment. Though the fridge was noisy at night. There could be more kitchen items provided. For example.no chopping knife or bread knife (there was a very small bladed knife, but it certainly wasn't sharp), there could be washing tabs for the washing machine. But here's the key point: there is a sign in the bathroom apologising for the fact that the hot water tank only has 50 litres capacity. It advises that you only shower for 5 minutes. In reality, that is optimistic. The hot water doesn't last 5 minutes, even if you turn the water off when you soap up. And even after 1 person has had their inadequate shower, your partner then has to wait 30 mins for a new tank of hot water. It looks as though they have removed the overhead shower and just left a hand held shower to make it more awkward, and reduce shower time. It's a real shame, and detracts from what is otherwise a super apartment. They could fix the problem, but instead they put an apology on the wall.
