Checkin was supposed to be 2pm arrived at hotel they didn’t clean on time so had to wait until 3pm. Our stay was 48 hours and within that time 2 separate guests tried to come into our room with keys given to them from reception. No instructions about the facilities in the hotel. Staff was rude very chaotic atmosphere. I have stayed in Benalmádena for the past ten years have never experienced a stay like this. Would not recommend

Only Think i like that is washing machine and big parking for free beside the apartment

To be improved

First, we had a problem with online check-in before arrival, and it was hard to communicate with service. The WiFi stops working on a tirth day. One of the wristband for pool area not working all i get answer in the reception call owner, like you have sorting your self everything. The last day we had a late flight so we asked to leave access till evening the o pool area, a the answer we got that we should leave at 11 am

It was perfect location. Comfortable room with great facilities.

Nothing to do with the host but the fact the luggage storage was closed on our last day and we had to have our suitcases poolside due to late flight
