A motion light near washroom, it was bright and would turn on every time I went to check on kids. It light up the whole apartment in the middle of the night. I wish it was off.

Be careful. The owners/managers of this place told me that their larger apartment was not available for just two nights and had to be booked for a minimum of four nights and so this small apartment with a Murphy bed was the only thing available. The location was perfect - less than a minute from where the rest of our family lives/were staying so we booked it. Then, just a couple days before our stay, we noticed that the larger apartment was available online and asked the owner to switch but they were very unaccommodating and told us that if we had booked directly through their website it would be possible but that since we did it through booking.com this small apartment was our only option. Truly bad customer service. There was no “I’m so sorry” or any attempt at sounding apologetic/helpful - it was more of a tone of reprimand and not at all friendly. It also didn’t make any sense that we could not change to the larger apartment in the same building when it was clearly not booked. The manager had a very negative vibe but we stayed in the small apartment anyway since it was just for two nights and we wanted to be close to our family. Overall not a comfortable feeling though. And the place was quite small (a Murphy bed that flips up to the wall) with no instructions as to where the bed pillows were until we wrote to ask.

It would have been helpful to have some information about air con/ heating to control the temperature and also additional bedding could be stored elsewhere than wardrobe
