“Spacious apartment in a good location yet it was dirty and in need of repair”

Dirty apartment. Didn’t get the keys until 2 hours later. Poor communication. Very disappointed. Shower was blocked in one of the bathrooms

Apartment location was good and the apartment was spacious. with two separate bathrooms although one was very small.

Sofa was uncomfortable and wouldn't want to use as a sofa bed as advertised. The ensuite toilet was tight against the wall and shower curtains not great for keeping the water in the tray. The shower head in one bathroom was hanging on by a thread. Not enough seating for an apartment that sleeps six unless you want to sit on the uncomfortable chairs around the table. Not much room for food prep in the kitchen on the whole we didn't find the apartment very comfortable considering its size. Management were awful. There was a mix up with the keys and we had to stay in an apartment that someone had already stayed in for one night and had to help them move out. We got the blame for it even though it was their fault. Also there was no mention of deposit that needs to be paid before they give you the key code and the check in process is awful and all communication in Spanish even though they knew I was English. I won't stay again because of the management, their lack of communication and their rude and unapologetic manner after they messed up our check in.
