The laundry doesn’t work and the shower broken

Our family only spent 12 hours in this apartment despite booking for 3 nights, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The overall condition was appalling—everything was filthy and outdated. The toilet seat was stained with feces, and there was no toilet brush available for cleaning. The shower only provided cold water, with sporadic moments of lukewarm water, which was incredibly frustrating. The room was freezing, and the thermostat was non-functional. To make matters worse, the blankets provided were thin and old, offering no warmth for a cold night. In the morning, we attempted to make coffee, only to find there was no coffee maker or cups available. The sink was clogged with food debris, and the sofa was covered in dog hair, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned. The furniture was not only old but also broken. This accommodation is in unacceptable condition, and the receptionist was exceptionally rude. When we reported our issues, she offered no solutions and simply claimed we hadn’t adjusted the thermostat properly. It’s common knowledge that we were only there for 12 hours after paying for three nights, yet she didn’t acknowledge our concerns at all. Her lack of professionalism was SHOCKING.We will never return to this place and strongly advise against it. If you encounter any issues, you may find yourself dealing with a disrespectful and unsympathetic receptionist, which is utterly disgraceful. The management also showed no willingness to address our complaints. Customer service should be a top priority, and no one deserves such treatment, regardless of the circumstances. The apartment was simply DINGY!!

Grouting in shower mouldy. Damp[/mould patches on shower ceiling and wall. Rust on bottom of fridge. Dirty marks on all of walls. Filter above cooker thick with grease. General condition ofg apartment dated. None of appliances in kitchen had instructioons, so could not be used. i.e. cooker hob, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. No bowls in crockery so breakfast cereals could not be taken. Internet instructions were incorrect as log in was listed as room number. After questioning this with reception, as it did not work, that was not the case, and login was just "Irenaz Apartment", but this took 30 minuted to find out. Overall, a poor experience.

No parking facilities available. Parked in street with car full of cases etc. reception was very poor. Not what we had expected

Parking was a problem, unable to use hotels parking as expected.
