Very happy with the beach, no dislikes.Easy to get around, buses were plentiful and reasonably priced. Ideally situated for exploring Palma City.

To be improved

Taxis were very expensive for local travel near to Can Pastilla.

“The apartment and complex was really clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly! Me and my daughter LOVED the pool! It was so deep and we had lots of fun in it. There were lots of sun loungers available and the pool area was very pleasant. Its a great location so close to the airport and the beach and restaurants very close by. Thank you for a beautiful stay. · Cons: Our air conditioning was broken but as soon as I reported it it was fixed immediately- we were very greatful. The pool bar didn't offer any food - perhaps it does later in the season.”

The best

The apartment complex was exceptionally clean with fantastic facilities. I stayed in a studio room with a balcony, the room had two single beds in it, a sofa, table and chairs, a small kitchen area, a bathroom and air conditioning. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and clean bedding. The small kitchen consisted of a sink, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and plenty of plates, cups etc., the bathroom consisted of a bath with shower over it, toilet and bidet and sink. Although you would describe the room as basic it had everything you would need. In the reception area there was a bar that was open all day and served pizzas at lunchtime, free drinking water was available all day at the bar and a pool table was in the area also. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Pool towels and water bottles were available at reception for a 10 euros deposit. Although the cleaners only came three set days in a week I found that was more than enough for our needs. The swimming pool area was immaculate and had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, the pool was an L shape with one side deep for adult swimming and the other side shallower for children.

If I had to pick something that was lacking it was that there were not enough plug sockets in the room but we had an extension lead and that helped.
