“The worse apartment I have ever stayed in”

The apartment itself was great, BUT it was FULL of BED BUGS ! And TICKS in the sofa. The most shocking was the absolute lack of empathy and understanding from the management team . When we left the apartment we showed all the biting marks to the receptionist who, to be fair ,was kind. The next day we contacted the management team the next day via WhatsApp and we sent them all the photos with our entire bodies COVERED in biting marks, it took at least TWO hours to respond and by the answer it seemed we didn’t believe us. Absolutely disgraceful. We told them we were really struggling with the problem, we even had to go to the pharmacy to get tablets and cream to cope with the pain and itching. The only answer was that the would look in to it !!! Appalling

It was full of bed hugs and ticks !!!! Horrendous!!!

Alguns dos quartos interiores cheiravam a mofo. As camas deveriam ser mais confortáveis.

“Keyless entry. Good supply of towels. Good place to relax during the afternoon. Lovely owners. Good instructions. · Cons: The double bed and the single bed are not very comfortable. Kitchen knives are blunt so unable to slice food.”
