Location was ideal for us. We know the area as usually stay in hotel Bali and go in bar 56 which is directly opposite. 5 mins walk to mercadona supermarket one way and to the bay / beach the other way. Use of laundry room (key given) so can do laundry whenever which was a bonus.

To be improved

The shutters on the outsude of windows bang constantly if even a slight wind or vibration. Very noisy yappy dog every morning around 8am. Outside doors were never locked, even at night so didn't see point in key for outer door. Furniture and decor needs updating, quite shabby and some repairs needed. Toilet roll holder completely broken on arrival, mirror in wardrobe cracked, tables and chairs plus coffee table were warn and paint chipped off, every time flushed loo the bit you pull came out - I mean every single time.

“Apartments with a convenient location in Benidorm”

The apartments are conveniently located. You can walk to Poniente beach quite quickly through the Hotel Bali. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, from which you can get to any part of the city. Convenient transport links allows to get quickly to different objects. Nearby is a Mercadona supermarket with a wide variety of food and beverages. Actually this is the largest Spanish supermarket chain. We used this shop in the other Spanish cities we also visited. The hotel didn't have shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner or toothpaste. But we bought it all at Mercadona, the prices in this supermarket are quite cheap, and it has everything you could possibly want to buy if you are staying in the city for a two weeks as we did. At the entrance to the apartment there is a mini-kitchen with a kettle and a refrigerator. Also in the apartment there is a private bathroom. There are two rooms inside: one has a bedroom with a bed and a wardrobe, the other has a sofa, TV and air conditioning. You can see roller shutter on the windows that protect the rooms from light and overheating. If you put up the roller shutter, you can find the balcony where you can sit at the table or dry your laundry.

To be improved

The switch in the bathroom did not work (there is water coming out from the tap, but the shower head doesn't have water coming out of it) and we could not wash when we checked in, but the administrator was always in touch and immediately helped us solve this problem. Next day administrator had the plumber fix the tap. This is a minor drawback as the administrator immediately helped to fix it.

Furniture very dated and shower curtain was ripped. Only 1 pillow each. Couldn’t get WiFi to work but then told to connect to another rooms which did work.

“Had a lovely stay, and enjoyed staying at the apartment.”

The best

Great apartment in an area we know well, so was perfect for us. Everything Clean, a few more utensils would of been good. and a plug for the kitchen sink or a washing up bowl, as none was provided, so washing dishes was very difficult. would of complained if we had been staying longer than 5 days. Requested a hairdryer, and this was provided on arrival along with an iron, so no complaints there.
