Very poor sound insulation, can hear street noise, one AC doesn't cool the other one leaks, the shower barely drains.

Access a nightmare. Over reliance on unfamiliar technology. In the end, an occupant of the block gave us access. We had contact with host but message stated..don't use WhatsApp after 8pm. We used the phone number given and it all got very confused . Once in, we found the floor to ceiling metal shutter in the bedroom could be pulled up. .but then rolled back down. Bedroom remained dark and airless (we reported the fault). Worse to come: the short street has 5..6? late night bars (2am) one directly under the apartment. There may be an even later club nearby as at the weekend we were woken by partygoers singing and shouting in the street, 6am. If that wasn't enough. The bar opposite takes delivery of new stock around 7am with noise of empty beer casks being swapped...crates of empty bottles being loaded onto pallets. Frankly, Booking, we deserve a credit in our account. It was so bad we took a break and went across to Córdoba. Paid for a night over there and then came back

“Nightmare stay, terrible host”

The bed was terrible, too small for two people, very uncomfortable. Not soundproof, when the neighbours move a chair, it sounded like a thunder in the apartment. No extension cords. Besides this, the host required full prepayment over some third party service, so better to have a virtual single-use credit card for your safety. Another ridiculous thing, according to the invoice, they charge 60€ cleaning fee, but request you to bring away the trash few streets away. My question what they charge 60€ then for was ignored.
