The apartment looks better in the photo than in real life. Everything seems old and not so clean. Water taps should be repaired and properly screwed. Not all items in the kitchen were clean!!

Kitchen has everything you need to cook a couple of meals. There are a couple supermarkets near by. Staff was really nice, specifically Cristóbal who was really considerate and helpful.

To be improved

The area is quite far from the main visiting spots of the island and you have to drive around a lot of mountains to get there. However, you get to see some pretty incredible and breathtaking views throughout the drive.

“Spacious apartment”

The best

We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor for 2 nights. There was a big kitchen/diner/ living room, 2 large bedrooms and a small bathroom. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable with a good variety of pillows to choose from. We could park right outside the door. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker, microwave, hob, dishwasher and big fridge/ freezer and there was an area on the upper floor with 2 communal washing machines and a dryer plus room to hang out your clothes. The roof terrace had lots of chairs and loungers to sit out. When we collected the keys from the nearby Aldea Hotel, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and said we could use the pool/ terrace etc at the hotel so we spent a pleasant hour there (though the pool was a little chilly in Feb). The bottle of cava was also a nice touch plus there was tea, coffee and sugar provided.

To be improved

It was a little noisy from the street outside during the day and from the door to a parking garage which was under the apartment (but fortunately was only operated during the day). There was no towel or tea towel for the kitchen so we had to use a spare hand towel from the bathroom.
