Location and view

If you are booking this property make sure you ask if they have installed fire and smoke alarms. There were none when we stayed there and there was a fire in their restaurant below, we had no warning and only one way out of the building (stairwell). We could not leave the building due to smoke and poor visibility. Luckily the fire service attended and extinguished the fire. We had to move to the neighbouring hotel due to our building then having no power- we had to approach the owner with our bags packed to ask where we were going to sleep that night. No communication from them. THIS PROPERTY WAS UNSAFE.

We really love this apartament. It was equipped with everything one might need, there was tea, coffee, spices all essentials available to us. The restaurant downstairs is a huge bonus as they are one of the best restaurants serving fresh fish in the area and the amount of locals is a proof. The location is perfect, loads of things to do and beaches to choose. If you prefer less crowded places just head over to algarrobo costa and after you cross the bridge at the promenade you will be surprised at how quiet it is over there. But if you love crowds go to the right towards Caleta or Torre del mar. The walk is great and many restaurants to get a snack at. Anyway, the apartament is great and we will definitely come back.
