“Good quality accomodation, superbly equiped and right by the beach!”

The best

An excellent reception on arrival and a choice of two apartments were offered. Modern, very clean fully equiped accomodation and a superb launderette facility was on offer. All in all the property was more than we had expected and the superb location was a real bonus. Just 200 metres from the beach.

“Fantastic apartment in a beautiful peaceful location by a lovely beach”

The facilities, parking, storage for bicycles and the apartment itself was brilliant. Raul was so helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make our stay very special. We extended our stay and were here for just over 3 weeks. We had a top floor apartment in the white building which had great views. The location right by a beautiful clean, big beach was spectacular. With an excellent ice cream shop and a separate restaurant and bar. We really enjoyed the cycling and walking around the area even if it was a bit hilly!

“The apartment size, location, general quality and its proximity to San Juan de la Canal beach. Raúl is a kind, attentive, considerate and generous owner. · Cons: We inadvertently rented the apartment on the ground floor and, as such, it had no own balcony o terrace, neither privacy if blinds were left up or curtains drawn back. The apartment was great and it would be cool if some sea- or Cantabria coast-related decorations were put in place as well as some basic low-cost things such as a glass front door for the shower screen or proper water insulation for the shower screen side wall.”

“Comfortable apartment with amazing beach outdoor”

The best

Everything is great. Location amazing, walking less than 1 min then reach a beautiful beach. There are trials around the beach to enjoy view from a bit higher up. Apartment modern with minimalist design, and spacious, large living room with a patio, large bathroom, and right size bedroom. Kitchen is small but has everything including coffee machine (moka pot) and kettle for tea, which are surprisingly difficult to find in Spanish hotels! There is no dishwasher but has tool for washing dishes by hand. Staff is super nice and informative. We were actually 1.5 hours later than we expected, sorry for that, but we received a very warm welcome. And even a gift of travel set of Oliver oil, vinegar and sea salt, perfect for travel! How sweet! Nearby there are many interesting rock near coastline. Next time if we come back will for sure choose here and feel comfortable to recommend it to others.

To be improved

If having to say one thing then the broom and mop sets are big and we could not find a good location to hide them
