The cost, but even that was out weighed but the facilities

Paid for 5 bed accommodation. 4 beds plus sofa bed. Sofa bed was broken. Taps didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush. No Wi-Fi, no air con, no fans.. In no comms did it say go to a reception. Only the address. So went there. Had to come all the way back. Post code was wrong Spent an hour trying to find the place. All in all very disappointing.

the property was grea; however, no one told us to pick up the keys at a different location which caused a lot of confusion and frustration as we arrived around 11:30 pm.
