“Disappointing”

To be improved

I reserved 2 apartments for 5 adults each for the price od 110*2=220 EUR but the owner charged us for 150*2=300 EUR. Check in was until 22:00 so we arrived at the location around 21:20. Two families with 4 adults and kids aged 0 to 11 years. It was stated that communication can be done in english but the owner speaks only spanish. The owner said that apartments are for 3 persons and not for 5 adults although on booking.com it is explicitely stated that it is "for 5 adults". The owner also claimed that we cannot cancel the reservation any more although on booking.com it is written that we could do it until midnight. She also claimed that she can charge us for 220 EUR even if we cancel the reservation. At that time it was too late for us and kids to go to search for the other accomodation so we took one night. Water in the bathroom was extremely hot and that is not so huge problem, but the hot water was located on the right side (not the left as it should be) so my 6 years old kid badly burned his hands. WiFi wasn't working for any of us. We asked in the evening is the water drinkable but we received the answer after we checked out.
