The best

The apartment is nice, the kitchen is well-equipped, and you have everything you need for a short stay. In addition, the patio is lovely, and in the evening, you can relax on the shared terrace at the top of the building.

To be improved

The bathroom emits a sewage smell after showering, which can spread throughout the apartment if the door is not fully closed. However, this is common in older buildings and can be expected. A shower drain cover might help solve the issue.

The best

The location. A quiet street, in easy walking distance for the rail and bus stations. Very close to some of the major sites, sherry bodegas, restaurants etc. Use of a washing machine was particularly welcome, as was a roof terrace. The kitchen had a good range of basic equipment, utensils.

To be improved

There is really nothing of note that I would complain about.

The best

Vivian was very accommodating, and I was able to check-in earlier. The place is lovely, perfectly located and with all facilities needed. The communication was smooth and quick. I had a lovely stay and I will definitely return. Muchísimas gracias, Vivian!

“Great Apartment close to the Centre of Town - I would book again !”
The best

Location Excellent - I parked at the Plaza de Arenal - 5 minutes Walk. Good Bedding and Towels, Large comfortable bed, Spacious, Modern Bathroom with Great Shower. Same Code for Entry to both the Property and the Apartment made entry very easy.

To be improved

The Apartment was spotlessly clean but i would have preferred to have cleaning fluids available in the Apartment ( Bleach etc). In case of spillages & Mishaps.
