Great place..location 8 mins stroll to beach..quiet and parking easy....facilities were everything you needed. Owner Carlos and his Dad, Vicente, were charming and helpful.

Perfect location for a family holiday in april. Friendly owner, nice appartement with almost everything you need.

It was exceptional clean, beds very comfortable, all necessary bits and bobs to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend to anyone .

Owner reached out ahead of our arrival, checking when we anticipated being there. He informed that his father would come and meet us with keys. It was ideal as we were able to get into apartment earlier than anticipated, which meant dropping bags and exploring the area, giving us a much more free day. This was very much appreciated! Although there was a language barrier between representative and ourselves, "google translate" helped us both find out details once inside the apartment, easily. We were asked to make ourselves comfortable and enjoy a "home from home" experience, which was really lovely to hear and appreciated. Apartment was absolutely spotless. Modern bright decor and 3 comfortable bedrooms. One full bathroom with walk-in shower and further separate W.C. and sink, off lounge. Bedrooms had ample storage and remote controlled lighting and fans. Lounge was very comfortable with large sofa, tv (if needed), storage unit, dining table and ample chairs. We especially enjoyed using the balcony area for eating. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and cleaning. We missed not having a kettle to boil water for tea/coffee (maybe a British thing?) however we adapted. Really appreciated the information brochures about the local area, being left on the dining table. As first time visitors to Los Alcazares, they were most informative. Enjoyed the complementary water and the lollipops too. All in all it was a fabulous apartment and very good value for money. It is clear that the owners appreciate their clients and want them to enjoy their visit and to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely use again, if returning.
