“Fantastisc stay!”
Beautiful appartement. Great location. Really good contact with owner. Perfect stay!!
It was all perfect to be really honest
“We stayed in the Cala Bonita apartment and really liked the layout inside—it’s a comfortable space. Just a tip: once you enter the code for the door, give it a firm push as it doesn’t click open easily. The apartment is in a good location—not too far from the beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanogràfic, and some great restaurants (we especially liked Anyora and La Pepica). We also used the bikes for a day, which came with a solid lock, and cycled to Port Saplaya—also known as Little Venice—which was a lovely ride. · Cons: The terrace is actually shared with the neighbouring property, which wasn’t clear in the description. Luckily, the people next door were really friendly and easy to get along with. Their air con had broken, though, and the terrace was a bit messy after some workmen had been through. Our own air con also struggled a bit in the heat, but the host provided a fan which definitely helped.”

“Lovely interior, less appealing location.”
Decor and furnishings. Quick response from the proprietor. Use of bikes.
View from the property. Noise from above. Shared terrace.
“The aesthetic is beautiful in the house. Gives a very relaxing feel and old town charm. Pictures are very accurate for what the apartment looks like. Amenities were good - dish soap, shampoo, coffee pods, etc. Everything you would expect in a rental. Area was fairly close to the attractions we were interested in... walked or took short taxi rides. · Cons: Unfortunately, it was incredibly difficult to cool the apartment down. I'm assuming it is to cut costs, but the air was off before arriving and it was 28° when we arrived... we could not get it cooler than 26°. I know it is summer in Spain but the temperature in the apartment the first night made it unbearable to even sleep. The shower was also an issue - couldn't really figure out how to cool it down and once the hot water was going... which with how hot it was in the apartment all we wanted was a cool shower. The other part for us was that the vibe of the apartments did not really match the area of town. We've never been to Valencia before so that is not the apartments fault, but we thought we were getting a smaller area and it is really in the heart of the city... lots of larger apartments surrounding it. Last mishap was the Terrace. Just like the air conditioning, we specifically book a terrace to be able to have somewhere outside to sit (traveling with kids so sometimes spending more time in the rental). The Terrace was "rooftop" and has a TON of potential, but it was absolutely filthy.... covered in bird poop on all the chairs and ground, even a dead bird carcass to add to the birdy atmosphere 🐦 💀 Overall, we had higher hopes and were a little let down by certain things in the unit.... not that I would not recommend it or regret staying here, as it did have a lot of charm, but wish I had more realistic expectations beforehand. Giving a generous 7/10 as many of the issues can be overlooked and depends on personality. Maybe just read more reviews and research area before booking 🙂”

“Excellent stay near the beaches and a short Uber ride to the city.”
The door was very heavy to open. Fortunately the owner left keys to use instead of the door lock.
“We will come back here !”
One of the most beautiful accommodations we've stayed at. The automatic entrance worked flawlessly, the hosts were attentive and responded to all requests promptly. Bicycles were provided with the accommodation, which are excellent for exploring Valencia. The location is ideal for families. Our stay during the weekdays was very pleasant and quiet. We would return again.
The only downside is the lack of natural daylight, but it didn't bother us.
