We are very disappointed. The service is terrible. The Internet does not exist! When we wrote to the owner about the internet, he said that we were TRYING TO CONNECT TO SOME OTHER APARTMENT, when we told him that our phones did not show any other wifi, we did not get an answer. We are disappointed by that lie, especially since we paid extra for internet on our phones twice, because we didn't have it in the apartment, if we had been told that there was no internet, we would have bought unlimited megabytes and not paid twice for packages. We also wrote the day before leaving where we should leave the keys, we also did not receive an answer, so we left the keys in the apartment. However, when the apartment door is closed, it cannot be opened without a key, and the gate was locked, so we had to jump over the fence because we did not receive any information or help from the owner about checking out, even though we asked. The apartment has a nice interior. What you have in the apartment are towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels, a washing iron, a hair dryer and that's where the story ends. There was NO soap, shampoo, sponge and washing up liquid, not even hand soap when we came to wash our dirty hands from the road, we had to run immediately to buy soap as we were tired from the road. Such things buy and bring guests back to your place, even if you could have provided hand soap. We will certainly not return to this apartment because it is not worth the money, and there are 10 other apartments around it with much better service. Ps. We were in apartment 209, there are ants in the kitchen and in the toilet. There is no air conditioning! Another false information that says that the apartment has only a fan. We chose this apartment because of the rating on Booking, but probably the ratings were bought.
