The accommodation is very modest but tidy. in the center of the city, very good location for visiting the city

rather uncomfortable beds, complications during check-in. the refund of the deposit I paid did not arrive automatically after two weeks as stated in the contract, but I had to react personally and after several changed messages and an unpleasant situation I got the deposit back after three weeks

Check-in was a nightmare – we were left outside the building for over an hour with no help or response from the hosts. Communication was almost non-existent, and after we paid, they suddenly claimed only part of our deposit would be refunded due to a made-up check-in rule that wasn’t shown before booking. The apartment was dirty, full of ants and cockroaches, the toilet didn’t flush, and the sheets and sofa were stained and burned. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience.

“A nice budget option in an excellent location”

The best

The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and close to the harbour. The roof terrace was very nice (even better than the pictures) and the hosts replied to messages quite fast. It was also very clean and everything worked.

To be improved

I was expecting the beds to have single blankets because I was travelling with a group, that didn't consist of couples. But I guess it is reasonable for the host to assume that the double beds will be occupied by couples so there were only double blankets. So not really the fault of the host but just about us having different expectations. The kitchen facilities were also pretty basic, as expected for the budget price.
