location to the beach and town - swimming pool. staff friendly and helpful

To be improved

cleanliness on arrival and lack of air conditioning. no condiments or tupawares or kitchen bits which would've made making lunches more easy. Room was very hot and beds were not that comfortable.

“The apartments are nice and have all necessary equipment. The stuff is helpful and kind. They borrowwd kids toys to play during our stay, e.g. balls, sand toys, etc. We had a little noise problem with out apartments (noise coming from water pipes) and they kindly changed an appartment for us. Overall happy with our stay in las Brisas. · Cons: WiFi is very bad. Don't count on it if you need a stable Internet.”

“Excellent apartment in a fab location”
The best

Lovely apartment with all you need for a self catering holiday. The air conditioning was a big plus as was the Lovely outside seating area. The location is the best being just a five minute walk to the 2 beaches and the marina for meals out. The onsite shop was also very good

To be improved

We enjoyed it all, the only thing that could potentially be improved was a shower deep clean around the entry to it

Clean and spacious apartment with all necessary amenities including shop on site for fresh bread daily. Walking distance to 2 lovely beaches with plenty of snorkeling, caves to explore and fish spotting. Lots of restaurant choices within 10 minutes walk and good bus service to Ciutadella. · Cons: Nothing!”
