It was in a very quiet location and it was very private. The layout of the apartment was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow which was brought to us within 5 minutes. We asked for a smaller cooking pan and a brand new one was brought to us the following day. Clean towels were provided every other day and the apartment was cleaned after the first week and fresh bedding provided.

To be improved

The cooking facilities are basic if you self catering. There is only a 2 ring hob and a microwave so you are limited to what you can cook.

Immaculately clean, easy to find, nice and quiet for a relaxing time. Pool and grounds beautifully maintained and everyone was so welcoming. Ideal for families and those looking for a perfect place to explore Menorca. Only 10 mins walk tops from main harbour / beach

The location of the apartment was excellent. It was in a very quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to nearby supermarkets and local restaurants and only 15 minute walk to the marina in Cala n Bosch. The pool was directly in front of the apartment so very handy. The bed was comfortable. Also the position of the patio was excellent. It faced towards the sun for most of the day so we could sunbathe close to the apartment and easily get towels and clothes dry.

To be improved

Prior to our arrival we hadn't been told how to get into the complex and there was no-one there to meet us. Fortunately, I managed to ask one of the other holidaymakers to open the gate and let us in. She also told us the gate code for future use. When we got to the apartment we had been allocated the door was unlocked and the keys were inside on the table. It would have been a little easier if we had been given the entry information before our arrival. There were a few disappointments in the kitchen. There were only 1 small pan and 1 large frying pan to cook with. The toaster was quite poor quality and took a long time to brown the toast. There was no workable plugs in the kitchen or bathroom sinks so it was difficult to wash the pots we used. We also didn't have a large clothes maiden to hang out washing. However one of the cleaning ladies was very helpful and as soon as we mentioned this to her she came back within the hour with a plug for the kitchen sink and a clothes maiden. Unfortunately she was unable to sort out a plug for the bathroom sink so we had to keep the water running while we washed ourselves.

“Great location, quiet, keep it clean and tidy, 10 minutes by car from Ciutadella and with a bus stop and some shops close. We got the appartament that we booked but then we had a problem with the boiler and an ant infestation, but it was ok, they changed and gave us another apartament soon and I think you can see from unexpected events if they offer a good service.”
