Mercedes and Julia are dream hosts! Communication prior to the trip was smooth, friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. They went above and beyond to help us, especially since we arrived before the official check-in time, and every exchange with them was warm and kind. Honestly, it felt more like visiting friends than renting a property. Now, a bit about the flat: the location is absolutely perfect. Just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with a direct train from Málaga Airport, the transfer was seamless. The flat has easy access to two beaches, Fuengirola and San Francisco. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend San Francisco beach for its shallow entrance and soft sand. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a Mercadona, plus lots of small shops and restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Despite being so central, the flat is on a quiet street, with no traffic or clubs nearby, so you can truly relax. The flat itself is very well laid out. There’s a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. Having two bathrooms after a beach day is a blessing! Each room has air conditioning, perfect for cooling off after the sun. The mattresses are on the firmer side (which I personally love), and even the sofa bed in the living room was incredibly comfortable, much better than your typical fold-out. The kitchen, in the words of my aunt, is “better equipped than my own!” You’ll find everything you need to prepare meals. Unless you’re planning to bake an elaborate cake, you’re all set. A thoughtful bonus: beach towels were provided in addition to the regular amenities, which made packing lighter so much easier. All in all, Mercedes and Julia have created the perfect vacation spot. The comfort and convenience of the flat are only matched by their lovely, helpful personalities. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Apartamentos Las Mercedes. It was a perfect match for our family and exceeded our expectations in many ways. From the moment we booked until the day we left, the communication from the host was outstanding—clear, friendly, and helpful throughout. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. With two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, it offered great comfort and privacy. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal—centrally placed and just a short walk from the beach. It was also easy to reach by car, which was a big plus for us. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to return on future visits to Fuengirola.

Luxury home away from home spotless at an exceptional level. Steps to shops, cafes, bus station, train station, beach and port yet quiet street. Live close to Spanish residents not tourists. Sizeable property with two baths where they have thought of every need. Truly outstanding. And the hosts keeps in touch with you so you’re never alone.
