We had a very noisy neghbour upstairs, but the property management dealt with the situation very professionally.

Upon arrival, both apartments we rented were not cleaned. As an example, the rubber mats in the tubs were completely dark underneath, and old sand and hair were lying underneath. In one of the apartments, birds were nesting in the ventilation shaft just above the kitchen. The swimming pool was not cleaned, and for our entire stay of one month, the kids' pool was never confirmed functional. Further in both apartments, the washing machine caused the electricity circuits to cut off, and it took a long time to get fixed. As we were staying there for a month, it was essential to be able to wash. Last, the internet was continually on and off. After two weeks and still no solution to the pool, cleaning, and washing machine, we demanded a deduction of the price we paid. We were met with the reply that the rental company thought the apartments were not meant for us and that they could cancel the rest of the stay without us having to pay an extra penalty. So we, in their opinion, were the problem. In general, the buildings are worn out. The roofs are filled with holes with birds nesting in them. We can by no means recommend these apartments. Booking.com also tried to reach an agreement with the rental company, but the rental company continued to decline, giving any compensation. Instead, Booking.com compensated us 10 per cent for both apartments, which we see as an acknowledgement by Booking.com that our complaint was real, based on the documentation we send (pictures and chat history with the rental company).

We had a very pleasant stay and we are overall very happy. However we went during a heat wave and the lack of AC was noted, all the fans were just not enough.
