“Apartment in center of town.”

The best

Nice clean and spacious apartment in center of town. Had a washing machine and everything was new. Comfortable bed and shower. Conveniently there’s a supermarket next door.

To be improved

The check in link didn’t work and also not the machine at the front door so we tried to call the number 4 hours before arriving. No response. Once at the door called again , send a message and no response while waiting. Saw on another review they picked up the key at the Tierra hotel so my husband went there to check in. Was a bit inconvenient and shame they don’t answer or message. The street in front of the house is under construction so you can’t get there by car.

“Spacious clean apartment well appointed. Enjoyable stay · Cons: Entry touchscreen was not working and I had not been sent entry code. Spent half an hour trying to get in then had to walk to another hotel 10 minutes away to pick up the code. Road outside was closed so had to carry bags a distance. Not a problem but would have been nice to have been informed prior to visit. Also, an issue I will take up with Booking.com, is that the extra charge for a pet should be visible at time of booking rather than finding out after confirming a booking for a non refundable property.”
