The room was clean

To be improved

Staff had promised me they'd do their best to put me close to my family, as an older lady on my own I was worried. But they put me at the very top of the hill on my own and my family down by the boardwalk. Full of empty promises. I won't stay here again. It was quite a sparce bungalow. Nothing worth the price I paid. Far too expensive.

“Nice clean apartment, 10 minute walk to Matagorda shopping centre and beach. We enjoyed the break.”

The apartment was clean and regularly serviced during our stay. Air conditioning was included. The staff were friendly and helpful.

To be improved

When booking I didn’t realise how spread out the apartments were. When we checked in at reception they told us we were in Section 8 which was a good distance away and they had to get one of their drivers to take us there. This is not evident from your website. The pool was not near the apartment and the pool bar was closed all during our stay.

The best

I love the location and the set up of the hotel, it’s fabulous. The staff are really great too.

To be improved

The garden of our bungalow had two partially eaten slices of bread in it, cigarette end, cat poo and a discarded kids t shirt. They stayed there all 8 nights. I picked up one of the bits of bread but couldn’t really the rest.
