Bar and restaurant long closed, terrace disused and locked off from hotel. The photos are clearly years old. Basic and dated rooms which are a reasonable size but ours lacked drawers or shelves in the wardrobe so lived out of the suitcases. Reception is limited hours so you will need to check your email on arrival to find out how to get access, they don’t communicate in advance. Note, not 24 hour reception and zero security, anyone one can walk into the property. Noise at all hours as again no one on site to police what goes on. The filthy terrace is accessible from along the beach so is used by locals as a police free zone to smoke drugs, don’t be tempted to take a stroll along there yourself as the path is covered in dog excrement. Unfortunately we were recommended staying here and so didn’t shop around but even so the websites selling this hotel are very misleading. The property is close to bars, restaurants & the beach so a good location and some rooms have a good sea view. This was possibly lovely years ago but it is now a poor youth hostel. Almost none of the listed amenities exist eg. parking, bar, restaurant, wifi is weak and intermittent, etc. Just avoid. Read more

This was a great find! Went for a friends 40th and I was a little apprehensive given it was just 1 star but it was great. Location was perfect- near supermarkets, beach, bars and restaurants. Very clean and staff were great. Would defo go again!

Great location, clean place, very attentive and friendly staff. Very close to supermarket, beach, restaurants,bars and clubs. My room was on the ground floor with an amazing see view. I will return again.

Having gone to Ibiza for mainly saying we have been to Ibiza we didn't care too much about the hotel. Room was basic, big fridge though and as we were on the ground floor so had a nice courtyard looking out to the ocean. Downside is you are right in front of the bar so you have no privacy if you want to keep your curtains open. Although the noise from the bar was very minimal which was good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with things to do and how to use the buses. The hotel is a short walk to old town and also in the other direction to some of the bigger clubs (also went to the 80's night at Hard Rock Hotel which was about 30 min walk). If you are catching the bus from the airport, when you get off the bus be prepared with your luggage as you will need to walk along quite a bit of rocky pavement walking towards the hotel. Unless you get off further down the line in town.

After reading the good reviews, booked this appartement for our last-minute trip to Ibiza. Location is perfect, 15 min walk to Ibiza City and Playa d'en Bossa. Although the appartement has everything you need, it wasn't a nice place Yo stay. Our appartement on the ground floor had a 'cleaned toilet' smell and was very moist. The airco worked well and resolved that issue. Interior is old and overall not very clean. The beds were awfull, only a wooden shelf with a thin mattres on. No springs of whatsoever. We went to Ibiza for a combination of partying and seeing the island, and getting a good sleep in the appartement was almost unpossible because of the noise other guests made at night. So only go go this appartement when you only come to party at night. 2 points out of 5 and not 1 thanks to the staff: they were really nice and helpfull, and you can leave your bags there and take a douche before you return to the airport.

Have just spent 6 nights here, fabulous view, like being out at sea. Waking up listening to the waves crashing on the sea wall was fabulous. 2 bedroom apartment with sea view, & worth the few extra pounds for it. Very clean, all utensils you could ask for self catering, unless of course you are wanting to cook a Sunday roast. Excellent location for restaurants, bars & supermarkets, even though a great number were closed as we were out of season there was still plenty of choice. Staff lovely. Easy walk into old town. Playa Bossa in the opposite direction is absolutely terrible, a complete hell hole, so don't waste your time going in that direction
