“Fabulous apartment in downtown Granada”
The best

Airy and spacious. Clean lines and lovely decor, this air conditioned apartment provides welcome relief after a busy day sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was a bonus. The pool was a lovely way to cool off.

To be improved

Not seeing a human on check-in.. particularly as the PIN code did not print properly. Luckily a cleaner helped us.

“The property is very clean and comfortable, · Cons: The shower because the glass division allows for water running out of the shower and to avoid that, one has to take the bad in an uncomfortable position. You should think on modifying it.”

“Cons: Unmanned check-in. Automated check-in equipment is not properly programmed and does not work. Remote customer services staff is untrained and can only suggest that we walk a couple of blocks to a sister hotel and ask for some human help.”

“I think for price they should be better service”
The best

Cleaning was every 4th day so limited towels so I had to purchase towels because the service line was unreliable and mostly no one responded
