Room was very clean. Staff spoke good English. Location in walking distance to the old town.

To be improved

Location in a narrow street makes access dangerous. This is probably not avoidable; that's the way Merida is made. The worst thing was the form you have to fill out on line. It seems to be a new governmental requirement and not the hotel's fault. But they should not wait till the day before arrival to send you the form.

Secure parking. Lovely, clean, well equipped apartment. Great instructions sent via WhatsApp for parking and check in process. Close to town. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area
