“Excellent apartment and value for money”
The best

The 5 bed, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was very well laid out and comfortable. It's location was 5 mins away from Benidorm old town overlooking the park so it was very quiet. Bath and hand towels were provided. Value for money was excellent. Being linked to the Hotel Crystal meant you could use their facilities like the pool, bar and entertainment lounge. It also provided safe storage of our luggage on the day of departure.

To be improved

There were very few cooking accessories even though the kitchen had a hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Eating in was not an option, not that that mattered to our group. We had to request a kettle and more cups so we could have drinks of tea and coffee. The bracket for one shower head had broken. Were it not for these issues my rating would have been 9 out of 10

“Lovely apartment in a convenient place and value for money”
The best

We were amazed at how many rooms there were. Three twin rooms two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Kitchen area, dining area and lounge with a sofa bed too
