Location was walkable to the centre, small supermarket nearby. We had essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. Liked having a kettle, toaster and dolce gusto coffee maker. No hairdryer but brought to us when requested.

To be improved

It was a little noisy from the road, lots of cars at night surprisingly. We were expecting a terrace from the description but we think the description is general to all the apartments. We had to move the table in or out of the covered glass area depending on how warm the outdoor temperature was. Shower was small and had to be hand held. Local bars were not always open but always somewhere to find elsewhere.

“wonderful evenings in a modern room in old house and a stork on the roof of the Cathedral Santiago”

The best

Great place! I really liked the location - in a quiet cozy place, but nevertheless on the Santiago square, the view of the cathedral - right from the window. The room is cozy and very clean. Excellent shower with good drainage. The linen is very clean. There is a stove and all the necessary utensils to cook. The owner even prepared tea, coffee, sugar and spices. There are shops and many cafes nearby. This is the city center and all the sights can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Nearby is a bar where flamenco shows were held on weekends and it was amazing! However, in the evening and at night it was very quiet. You can get the keys to the room 24 hours a day. The hosts are very welcoming and very kindly answered all questions. We stayed in the room for 7 days, had a great time at the flamenco festival and will definitely stay there again if we come to Jerez. Many thanks to the hosts!

To be improved

Everything was great in this room, it was a shame to leave it.

“Low standard, cockroaches”

The best

Great view from the huge terrace (but the terrace itself was dirty and old). Well equipped kitchen (incl. olive oil, coffee etc.). Great potential for a lovely loft but requires significant refurbishment.

To be improved

Cockroaches in the apartment :/ possibly bad bugs (one of us got mysterious bites) Generally rather old, low standard, it needs significant renovation. Bad smell from the pipes.

“Roof terrace apartment in Jerez”

The best

Wonderful apartment! The private roof terrace is exceptional... and we particularly enjoyed watching the storks nesting in the church next door from there. Clean, comfortable, safe, easy to access and great communication with host. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

To be improved

Nothing. The spiral staircase might be a challenge for some, perhaps, but good handrail is provided. Excellent.
