“Does Booking.com ever visit their apartments, disappointing doesn't even cover it.”

Wifi was good . Location good

To be improved

Whole place shabby. No kettle, microwave door burnt and plastic melted, fridge front rusty . Curtains covered in old paint and net curtains torn. Furniture in lounge, sofa had cigarette burns and coffee table and dining table badly repaired.

Staff affection were unhelpful but it mistake time to check in

The pool was not very clean and all my family except myself were ill. As I badly used the pool and as I considered it not too clean think that was the cause of the grand children and their parents illness

“The sheets and towels were clean. · Cons: Everything! stayed in these apartments many times before over the last twenty years always been great but not been for about three years. Most of the place was derelict, then we found out it's recently been used as a asylum hotel needs complete overhaul was no happy.”
