The location is very good near to Plaza Mayor. The studio is spacious. The main double bed is comfortable.

To be improved

There is no view from any window. In hindsight, I would have preferred a studio with a balcony. The sofabed is not comfortable to sleep on.

“Cons: In the morning (around 9 o’clock) the electricity short circuited or something. Also in the other apartment, and couldn’t be fixed by just reseting the fuses. The woman in the other department was with two little children and called to the contact number. Rude and unhelpful response with exactly 0 intention to come to fix the situation. Regarding the apartment: - ample space - great location, but a bit noisy at night - not a great price-value (too expensive)”

“Exceptional location, great value and all you need for a fantastic visit to Salamanca”

The property was super clean and was equipped with everything we needed. It is a big room and plenty of space for the 3 of us. Rhe beds were comfortable. The location was exceptional! Could not have been better. Great value.

To be improved

Having to use the virtual key was a little stressful when our phone was on low battery. We would have liked windows that had a view of the city the view of the brick wall was not pleasant. The QR for WiFi did not work and you don’t have the correct WiFi information on the wall for manual.

“Amazing location, good value for money. · Cons: The check-in and check-out without the interaction of a staff member, just with the opening of the doors with a digital unlock through the smartphone of the booker can be very convenient if you are comfortable with technology. But I can imagine huge problems for not very savvy users or just someone that got no battery or simply no internet for some reason.”

The location was great.

The first day of our holiday, we got stuck in the elevator and we had to stay 1 hour stuck in the elevetor. Secondly, the balcony door of our bedroom was broken and it was freezing outside and we could not close the door. We got cold while sleeping.
