“A bit small for a one bedroom apartment”

Good location and quiet. Very secure.

To be improved

Small bedroom. Very complicated to get in apartment. Lounge needs to be replaced. Shower door difficult to use. Shower water escapes on to bathroom floor. Cannot go to bathroom without turning on the fan and light from outside the room so wakes up partner at night. No coffee provided, only decaf. No milk starter pack.

The location was great.

The shower was unusable due to severe overflowing, which made it impossible for us to use it at all. Despite multiple calls and complaints to Booking.com, assistance was only provided the following day. The rate of €195 per night is significantly overpriced for the quality of the accommodation.

Location was so central to everything, the apartment was spacious and clean

To be improved

The only issue we had was when the power went out in Spain and Portugal, we had no access to the apartment due to the electronic only access. We tried contacting the property via Booking.com and WhatsApp and still no reply. Fortunately power returned after 3hrs or so

“Very nice apartment in a perfect location.”

The best

Great apartment, very clean, very quiet in the perfect location. This is out of the main tourist area of the Cathedral but still in the historic center. Walking distance to all main attractions. We were here for five days and the apartment and its surrounding area had everything you needed to be very comfortable.

To be improved

Difficult to communicate with management. Only company in years of working with Booking.com that I could not contact through Booking.com. Luckily, I had this reservation for six months before this stay so I had time to look up this management company. They never wrote me first, I had to write them for entry instructions, this is worrying.
