Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - I arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time but was allowed to check in with no issue as the apartment was ready. I also had a minor issue with the hairdryer that was very quickly resolved! The apartment was lovely and new, extremely clean and had everything you would need. The Nespresso machine with free pods was a nice bonus. The roof terrace is also lovely - and also has free coffee as well as an honesty bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is a daily cleaning service just like in a hotel, but also you can place a do not disturb sign on the door if you prefer. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillow was a little thin. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Albacete.

Not a complaint, but if you arrive outside of your expected arrival time you will likely have to call the host for access - was no issue, but worth noting to make sure you arrive with a charged phone etc..!
